Quotations: Following a survey, we will provide a written or digital quotation. Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified.

Scope Changes: Quotations are based on the information available and the visible condition of the substrate at the time of the survey. If hidden defects, dampness, structural issues, or unstated requirements are discovered during preparation or installation, additional costs may apply, which will be discussed and agreed upon with the client prior to proceeding.
4. Booking, Pricing, and Payments

Deposits: To secure a booking for flooring installation, we may require a deposit as outlined in your quotation or contract. Work will not commence until any required deposit has cleared.

Payment Terms: Invoices are payable in accordance with the terms specified in your contract or invoice. Late payments may incur interest and statutory charges under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 (for business clients) or standard commercial terms.

VAT: All prices quoted are subject to applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) at the current prevailing rate unless stated otherwise.
5. Client Responsibilities & Site Preparation

Site Access & Utilities: The client must ensure adequate, safe access to the work area, along with a reliable supply of electricity and water required for our equipment and preparation processes.

Clearance of Area: Unless specifically included in the quotation (such as our preparation and repair services), the work area must be completely cleared of all furniture, stock, equipment, and debris prior to our arrival.

Environmental Conditions: Resin flooring installation requires specific temperature, humidity, and ventilation conditions. The client agrees to ensure the installation environment meets the parameters advised by our technical team during the survey phase.
6. Installation, Curing, and Aftercare

Workmanship: We pride ourselves on delivering durable, high-performance seamless flooring systems. Our installation team will execute work with professional care and control to minimize disruption.

Curing Times: Resin systems require specific curing periods before they can be walked on, loaded with heavy machinery, or exposed to chemical traffic. The client must strictly adhere to the handover and aftercare guidance provided upon completion. NuResin Flooring Ltd is not liable for damage caused by premature loading or failure to follow curing instructions.
7. Warranties and Limitation of Liability

Service Warranty: We warrant that our flooring installations will be carried out with reasonable skill and care, using quality materials suited to the agreed environment.

Exclusions: Our warranty does not cover damage caused by structural movement of the underlying substrate, subfloor failure, excessive moisture, misuse, mechanical impact exceeding system specifications, chemical exposure outside of agreed parameters, or lack of proper maintenance.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, NuResin Flooring Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (including loss of business, profit, or operational downtime) arising out of or in connection with our services or website. Our total liability under any contract shall not exceed the total price paid for the specific services rendered.
8. Cancellation and Termination

Cancellation by Client: Cancellations of confirmed installation bookings must be made in writing. If materials have been ordered or bespoke products manufactured specifically for your project, you may be liable for reasonable costs incurred up to the date of cancellation.

Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to cancel or postpone services if unforeseen health and safety risks arise, if the site is unprepared, or if payment terms are breached.
